A custom-made 5.5"x7.5" slate to display gives you the opportunity to have a bouquet made with the birth month flowers that represent those special individuals in your life. With a customized slate, you’re sure to have a unique gift! Each slate will come with something on the back stating what each flower is, and who it represents. An order form must be completed to gather information for personalization. You will choose a background, the vase, and specify the flowers to be used. To be delivered during the week leading up to Mother's Day, orders need to be placed and paid by Friday, April 26, 2024.
